Ad intelligence API: who is advertising

who_is_advertising

2.5 credits / company returned

Find companies running ads in a country (LinkedIn Ads + Meta Ad Library), ranked by impressions then ad count. Optional keyword narrows to ads whose copy or landing pages mention it — backed by a cache-first search with an on-demand live ad-library scrape for combos the cache hasn't covered yet. Returns advertiser company identity, ad counts and platforms, paginated with limit/offset. A `total` field (exact) is included when the whole answer came from the cache; when a live scrape contributed, total is omitted and total_is_partial explains why. If a keyword search comes back empty, a `note` may explain that the country isn't indexed for a requested platform yet, rather than confirming zero advertisers.
